Services
Three ways to get your operations squared up.
Each one starts from the same place: how your business actually runs today. Pick the one that fits, or we'll work it out on the first call.
Operations consulting
Operations that keep up with growth.
For founders whose company has outgrown the way it was first set up. Orders, inventory, finance and people all move faster than the process behind them.
What I work on
- Process design and documentation
- Warehousing, logistics and inventory control
- Finance and accounting operations
- Quality systems and traceability
- Planning, forecasting and reporting
- Team structure as headcount grows
I helped scale a team from 3 to 500+ people across 12 countries and opened 7 warehouses in the U.S. and UK. The processes had to hold at every stage.
Forward deployed engineering
I embed with your team and build the fix.
I work inside your business, on site or remotely, learn how the work really gets done, and build the system alongside the people who will use it.
When it fits
- You know what's broken but don't have the people to fix it.
- A recommendations deck won't help. You need someone building.
- The fix touches process and software at the same time.
- Your team needs to own the result once I step back.
Salesforce architecture
Salesforce designed by someone who ran a business on it.
I've designed and rolled out multiple enterprise-level systems, across ERP, accounting and CRM, and then lived with the results as an operator. That changes what gets built.
What I work on
- Data models and cleanup
- Managed packages and industry apps
- Integrations with ERP, accounting and warehouse systems
- Rescuing stalled implementations
- Reporting and dashboards leadership trusts
- Automation that matches the real process
How engagements work
Two ways to work together.
Fixed-scope project
A defined problem, a clear deliverable and an agreed timeline. Good for a system build, a rollout rescue or a process redesign.
Monthly retainer
Ongoing hours each month for continuous improvement, system ownership and a senior operator to call on. For some clients this works like a fractional COO, on a schedule that suits both of us.
Not sure which fits? That's what the first call is for.
