Privacy policy
How this site handles your information.
Last updated October 25, 2026
Groma Operations Partners runs gromapartners.com. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.
What I collect
- What you send me. When you use the contact form or book a call, I receive your name, email, company, role, and anything you write in your message.
- Basic visit data. The site's host and analytics record pages viewed, the referring site, and general device and browser information. This is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.
How I use it
- To reply to you and arrange a conversation.
- To keep a record of our correspondence if we work together.
- To improve the site.
I don't sell your information, and I don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who else handles it
A few service providers process information on my behalf: the website host (which also receives contact form submissions), my email provider, my scheduling tool if you book a call, and the CRM where I keep client contacts. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
Cookies
The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If you book a call through an embedded scheduler, that provider may set cookies needed for booking to work.
How long I keep it
I keep correspondence for as long as it's useful for our working relationship, then delete it. You can ask me to delete it sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you. Email michael@gromapartners.com and I'll take care of it.
